How to obtain support for your Speedtracker or Bulletseeker

If you are experiencing issues with your Speedtracker or Bulletseeker there are a few things to try. First make sure your app says the name of your product. If you have a Bulletseeker you need that app, and vice versa. Turn on your Bluetooth but do not go into your Bluetooth settings to connect, just open the app and it will automatically connect. If it is not recording shots, most likely it is a positioning issue. Make sure it is aligned with the barrel, closer to the end of the barrel if possible.
